At Pixels to Magnets, all products are made-to-order using customer-provided images. Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Custom Product Policy
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are submitting images that you have reviewed and approved
- You accept responsibility for image quality, resolution, and cropping
- You understand that all items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by contacting:

All claims must include:
- Proof of purchase (order number)
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Upon review, Pixels to Magnets reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement of the product
- Partial or full refund
- Store credit
Color & Display Variations
Due to differences in monitor displays, lighting conditions, and printing processes, actual product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects, and therefore are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Image Quality Disclaimer
Final print quality is directly dependent on the quality of the images provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for:
- Low-resolution images
- Blurry or pixelated photos
- Poor lighting or exposure in uploaded images
- Cropping selections made by the customer during the ordering process
These issues do not constitute defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Production Errors
In the event of a verified production error (including incorrect printing, material defects, or significant quality issues not related to the original image), we will, at our sole discretion:
- Reproduce the item at no additional cost
- Issue a refund
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixels to Magnets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
