At Pixels to Magnets, all products are custom-made to order. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note:
- Processing time is separate from shipping time
- During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended
Shipping Time & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Pixels to Magnets does not guarantee delivery dates, as shipping timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been:
- Shipped
- Marked as “in transit”
- Or delivered to the shipping carrier
Responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
Pixels to Magnets is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Carrier-related issues
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Pixels to Magnets is not responsible for orders that are:
- Delayed due to incorrect addresses
- Lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information
If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Pixels to Magnets is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages marked as delivered.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
